Xibak, cannot wait to go back! My new favorite place in Tulum, the place I will go back and back again. This place is five star fancy with casual prices! The drinks are standard a bit higher but worth it the way they are loaded with flare. I ordered the “out of space” and “Ms. puff”. You’ll see in the photos how they were presented. Worth it!!! But the food flare and affordable prices are what’s even more unbelievable! Xibak had me at Bone Marrow served with steak and monchego rind tacos, do they know these are my favorite things!? 3 real maiza tortillas that are made thick and capture the delicious juices and don’t break while you’re eating them with their flame fired Picanha (rump steak) sauted and melted manchego rind cheese! Plus they serve you 3 homemade sauces, complimentary tortilla chips and a saucy bean dip. Want to know something else? It’s not a pretentious high end place where you feel like you don’t belong walking in alone, dressed in a casual shorts romper. I was kindly greeted and treated like a queen by Sergio! He made me feel comfortable and always checked on me in the right timing. Thank you for the best recommendations and service Sergio! I cannot wait to come back!
Xibak has a very classy and laid back vibe. The waiter gave us mosquito repellent and even lime water to wash our hands after our dinner, outstanding and very thoughtful service. We ordered seafood and tacos both just great! Will def go back and strongly recommend if you’re in the area, they got some good Mezcalitas as well.
Great place in Aldea Zama! Wonderful corner outdoor space is really great. Delicious and unique dishes, especially anything meat-based! During busier nights, you might need a bit more patience, but otherwise a place I’d definitely recommend.
Amazing restaurant in Aldea Zama Tulum . I would give 3 Michelin star for the food , design , presentation and service. Can definitely recommend it. See food sup taste like lobster bisque in Europe but with much more see food inside.
We went for our second meal here tonight, the food is definitely the best we have had in Mexico. The 'marrow canoes' were absolutely divine, as were the seafood dishes, the steak and the churros. The service from Sergio was excellent, not too attentive but very helpful. Congratulations to the chef for his excellent cooking

We were lured to this place by some of the reviews and they did not disappoint! This place was amazing. The food was delicious, we particularly loved the ribeye tacos, the arrachera tacos and the picanha. Also highly recommend the corn souffle. The drinks were the showstopper of the evening, they were not only tasty but also in a gorgeous presentation. The space is very inviting with warm lighting and plants and the service was impeccable, our server Luciano was super attentive and helpful!
The best experience I had in Mexico! Sergio- (Ant ) was our waiter, and he was fabulous. He even knew some words in my first language! recommend places to go and see! He's such an amazing guy! The restaurant was absolutely beautiful, clean, and unique! The food was lovely. I definitely recommend the burger it was delicious! I wish all the best to the whole team. If we ever come back, we are definitely coming in for a shot!
